Webcam language exchange

Hi,
I'd like to find free language classes/language exchange via headset and webcam.I'm interested in Japanese and possibly Korean or German but I also want practice in using my headset-webcam.I know such classes exist because I stumbled onto them before, but I haven't been able to find them since,even after keying in relevant words.The internet's like that somtimes, or maybe it's just me.In any case, I'd be grateful for a pointer from someone.
